During the first appointment, you’ll meet with your therapist to discuss your concerns, share your goals, and review your history. Together, you’ll begin to identify patterns, develop a plan, and explore strategies to manage anxiety or stress. It’s a safe, confidential space to ask questions and get to know your therapist.

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals, the challenges you’re addressing, and your progress. Some people benefit from short-term therapy focused on specific issues, while others may continue longer to work on deeper patterns, build coping skills, and strengthen relationships. We’ll work together to create a plan that meets your needs.
